Framework carrying parts polished stainless steel with particulars made of a special alloy anode treated and resistant to corrosion. The sliding parts are assembled with ballbearings. Special steel blade treated and resistant to corrosion by acids, guarantees a perfect cut. Cut regulator for selecting slice maximum thickness up to 16 mm. about. The blade sharpening is perfectly executed through a special, sharpenter self-contained.
